Infastaub cassette filter used / D-1281

The Infastaub cassette filter used is a dust-filter with two filter stages. Filter sizes cover air volume ranges > 500 m³/h.

Infastaub MKR cassette filters are for dust removal in demanding processes such as with dusts or toxic dusts, e.g. g. API (active pharmaceutical ingredient). These applications require the lowest levels of residual dust down to 0.001 mg/m3 and absolutely reliable protection of personnel during operation and maintenance.

The material of this used Infastaub cassette filter is stainless steel 55304/1.4301 and can be described with the following data:

  • Operating voltage 400V 50Hz
  • Control voltage 24V DC
  • Flow rate max. 8040 m3/h
  • Operating temperature max +80`C
  • Compressed air pressure 6 bar
  • 1 filter surface 100 m2, 2 filter surface 100 m2.
  • Filter resistance max. 1 25 mbar max. 2 15 mbar
  • Raw gas collection channel ∅ D6: 315 mm, M6: 700 mm

These applications require the lowest levels of residual dust down to 0.001 mg/m3 and absolutely reliable protection of personnel during operation and maintenance.

The main areas of application of INFA-MICRON filter devices:

  • Production of potentially dangerous or valuable products
  • Dusty processes such as B. in mills, tablet presses, granulators, coaters, mixers, dryers and packaging machines
  • Explosive powders, gases and hybrid mixtures
  • Processes with the highest requirements in terms of residual dust content, functionality, operational and maintenance safety and availability
  • Chemical, pharmaceutical, metal/heavy metals, disposal, hazardous waste, recycling, nuclear technology, etc. sectors
