Used filter press / F-1246
This used filter press is equipped with 62 polypropylene plates with a format of 1200 x 1200 mm. The thickness of the cake is 30 mm, resulting in a pressing volume of approximately 2,200 liters. The filtering area of the used filter press is approximately 155 m2.
The system supply pressure is designed for a maximum of 15 bar. The used filter press was built by the Passavant company in 1986 and in 2023 it has been worked on and reviewed by our workshop.
The sludge filter was used to dehydrate municipal sewage water.
The bridge beam filter press has a hydraulic system, an automatic plate transport, a control cabinet and a closed filter drain.
