Used chamber filter press / F-1298
This used chamber filter press is currently equipped with 51 plates in the format 1200 x 1200 mm and can be equipped with a total of 70 plates. The cake thickness is 30 mm, which results in a pressing volume of approx. 1800 liters (when expanded it is 2500 liters). The filter area of the chamber filter press used is approx. 127 m2 (when expanded it is 175 m2).
This is a bridge beam press in which the plates are suspended at the top and are freely accessible from the sides. The used filter press has a hydraulic system, an automatic plate transport and a closed filtrate process.
The supply pressure for this used filter is designed for a maximum of 15 bar. The filter press was built in 1990 by the Passavant company and was used for sludge dewatering in a municipal sewage treatment plant.
