Sludge filter press used / F-1297

The sludge filter press used was built by MSE in 2002 and serves to dewater sludge.

This filter presses the following dimensions:

• Length 4800mm
• Width 1500mm
• Height 1980mm
• Approximate weight 4600 kg.

This used chamber filter press is equipped with 44 polypropylene filter plates. The format of the plates is 800 x 800 mm and they have a cake thickness of 25 mm. The used filter press has a pressing capacity of approx. 540 liters and the filter area of the system is approx. 48 m2.

This is a side beam press. The used chamber filter press has a hydraulic system, an automatic plate transport and an open filtrate outlet. The system connection pressure is designed for a maximum of 15 bar. The closing pressure of the hydraulic system with which the plates are pressed is 380 bar.
