Chamber Filter Press Used / F-1277

This chamber filter press used was built by the company Rittershaus & Blecher type AEH 1200 in 1976. In 2004 and 2006 the hydraulics, the polypropylene plates and the trolleys for transporting the plates were modernized.

The 79 plates are made of polypropylene and have a format of 1200 x 1200 mm with a cake thickness of 25 mm. The plates are suspended from an overhead bridge, allowing for better cake handling/unloading. Plate transport is automatic and it has a closed filtrate process.

The pressing volume is approx. 2400 liters and the filter area is approx. 200 m2. The pressure of the used chamber filter press is 15 bar with a minimum closing pressure of 380 and a maximum of 410 bar.
