Used Filter Press Diefenbach DE800-41PP
This used filter press is a machine, which was produced by Diefenbach in 1992 and the type is DE800-41PP.
The used filter press is equipped with 41 polypropylene plates.
The chamber filter press is an over-head beam, i.e. the plates as well as the automatic plate transport are installed in a beam above the machine.
The plate size is 800 x 800 mm. The cake thickness of 32 mm results in a press capacity of approx. 650 liters. The filter area of the plant is approx. 45 m2.
The over-head beam filter press with closed cycle has a hydraulic system, a control cabinet, a Seepex BN10 feed pump and an automatic plate transport, the filter pressure is 15 bar.

The used Diefenbach filter press or sludge filter was used to dewater sewage sludge in a sewage treatment plant. The filter press is in operation until June 2021 and can be viewed on site by appointment.
