Paddle dryer used / M-1230
This paddle dryer used is a continuous reactor. It was used in a pilot plant of solid phase modification of wood. The mixer dryer was produced in 2002 by AVA / Holland Merten.
AVA paddle dryers of the HTK series are horizontal contact dryers or convective dryers designed as paddle dryers.
The operating temperature is 130°c. The design temperature is 200°c. The pressure range in the mixing dry chamber is possible from -1 bar up to 3 bar. In the heating chamber or in the double jacket, 6 bar overpressure is possible.
Parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4571, the rest of the dryer is made of 1.4301.
The drive unit is an explosion-proof spur gear motor with 5.5 KW suitable for inverter operation, the weir adjustment is possible via a handwheel. Furthermore, the used paddle dryer is equipped with a sight glass and a PT 100 level thermometer.
The mixer dryer is also equipped with a double jacket, a mechanical seal as well as a shaft heating which is provided with a Maier head.
The vacuum paddle dryer is in a very good used condition and can be inspected at any time by appointment in our warehouse.
