Used Filter Press / F-1252

This used filter press is in very good condition and only has few operating hours.

The used filter press is equipped with 46 polypropylene filter plates and can be expanded to 56. The plate format is 1200 x 1200 mm. The cake thickness is 30 mm, which results in a pressing volume of approx. 1.700 liters, (expandable to 2.000 liters). The filter area of the system is approx. 115 m2, which can also be expanded to 140 m2.

This is a side bar press with a closed filtrate outlet.

The used filter press is sold with the following accessories:

• a hydraulic system
• an automatic plate transport
• a washing system with a high-pressure pump
• a control cabinet

The feed pressure of the system is designed for a maximum of 15 bar.

The chamber filter press was built by the Netzsch company in 1983 and previously dewatered municipal sewage sludge at a municipal sewage treatment plant.
