Second hand filter press / F-1231

This second hand filter press is equipped with 90 polypropylene plates measuring 1200 x 1200 mm. The thickness of the cake is 30mm, resulting in a pressed volume of approximately 2617 litres. The filter area of the used filter chamber press is approx. 204 m2.

The system supply pressure is designed for a maximum of 15 bar. The filter press was built by the Krauser company in 1997 and used to dewater municipal sewage sludge.

It is a sidebar press. The used filter chamber press has a hydraulic system, automatic plate transport and a closed filter process. Furthermore, Second hand filter press has a filter cloth washing system and control cabinet.
