This nutsche filter dryer used is applied in laboratory applications or for small production runs. The pressure suction filter is used for the mechanical solid-liquid separation of suspensions with a low to high solids content.
With this filter dryer type RLF02-648-91, the process container, the blade agitator and the filter base can be heated or cooled to an operating temperature between -50 /+ 150 °C. This enables a thermal solid-liquid separation after the mechanical solid-liquid separation, in which a significantly lower residual moisture content of the solids is achieved.
The content of the nutsche filter dryer used is 150 liters with a filter area of 0.2 m2. This second hand nutsche filter dryer was built by the Rosemund company in 1991 and is sold with a base and a hydraulic system.
The hydraulic drive is 5.5 kW. The electric motor has an output of 5.5, a speed of 1,500 rpm and the motor design is V1 with a protection class IP55.
The system has explosion protection EEx dIIA/IIB-T4
